✔️INGREDIENTS (donut batter):

-1/2 cup of oats (can use gluten-free)
-1/2 cup of NuWay cereal original flavour.
-2 scoops of NUTRITECH Premium Pure Whey cookies and cream flavour.
-3/4 cup of almond milk/ milk alternative.
-1 egg
-2 tsp. Coconut oil
-1 tbsp. of vanilla essence -1/2 tsp. of baking powder.
-1/2 tsp. of baking soda.

✔️INGREDIENTS (strawberry icing):

-2 scoops of NUTRITECH Premium Pure Whey strawberry cupcake flavour.
-3 tbsp. of almond milk/ milk alternative.
-2 tsp. of melted coconut oil -1 strawberry.

✔️RECIPE:

-Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
-Spray donut tray with coconut oil spray/ spray and cook and set aside.
-Mix all dry donut ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
-In a microwave safe cup, melt the coconut oil and add to mixture. As well as the rest of the wet ingredients.
-Mix all ingredients together until a dough mixture forms. Add ingredients to donut tray evenly.
-Place in oven for about 15 minutes. Stick a knife through donuts to see if ready. Batter must not stick to knife.
-Take out of oven and set aside to cool.
-Blend all icing ingredients together and mix well.
-Once donuts have cooled down, add icing to the donuts.
-Top with desiccated coconut & diced strawberries.
